Data Deletion

You may request deletion of personal data associated with your LeadJarvis account by:

1. Using the account or organization deletion functionality available within LeadJarvis, where provided; or
2. Emailing connect@leadjarvis.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request - LeadJarvis".

To help us process your request efficiently, include:

• Your full name
• Your organization name as used in LeadJarvis
• The email address associated with your LeadJarvis account
• A clear statement that you are requesting data deletion
• Any additional details needed to identify the account (for example, organization slug or account ID), if known

We will process valid deletion requests within the timeframe required by applicable law, subject to information that we are required or permitted to retain for legitimate purposes such as:

• Legal compliance
• Security
• Fraud prevention
• Billing
• Dispute resolution
• Recordkeeping

We may need to verify your identity before processing a deletion request.

Deleted data may remain temporarily in encrypted backups or disaster-recovery systems before being permanently deleted in accordance with our backup and retention processes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you connect LeadJarvis to Meta or WhatsApp and request deletion of information associated with your use of our Meta app, you may submit a request using the same contact information above.

Where Meta's systems or settings trigger a data-deletion request, we will process the request in accordance with applicable Meta requirements and our Privacy Policy.

If you are a LeadJarvis account user and want your account data deleted, contact us at connect@leadjarvis.com using the subject line above, or use in-product deletion options where available.
